Clarke School for Deaf, Mylapore, Chennai
The Clarke School is one of the few successful schools in India imparting high standard of education to the Hearing Impaired and the Mentally Retarded.
THE CLARKE SCHOOL was founded in 1970 for the Deaf and the Mentally Retarded with 3 children in a rented place and an old building was purchased in 1976 with donations from various philanthropists and bank loan.
