Dr.MGR-Janaki College of Arts and Science

Dr.MGR-Janaki College of Arts and Science for Women was established as per the wishes of Late Smt.Janaki Ramachandran, former Chief Minister of Tamil Nadu.

All courses offered by the college are affiliated to the University of Madras.The college is Accredited by the National Assessment and Accreditation Council, an autonomous body under the University Grants Commission of India.

Dr.MGR Janaki College embraces its responsibility to address issues of gender in all of their complexity and urgency, and to help students achieve the personal strength that will enable them to meet the challenges they will encounter throughout their lives.
