Pon. Arunachalam , author of 250 short stories, 15 Novels, self improvement Books, Astrology, Poems, Life History, Biographies and Essay Books. He has carved a special place in the hearts of Tamil people with his family novels and confidence inducing Books.
Pon. Arunachalam was born in Tuticorin June 27, 1946. He completed his graduation in the year 1968 and was selected as Senior Inspector of Cooperatives by the Tamilnadu Service Commission in the year 1970.
In the year 1973 his first short story was published in Vellore Malai Murasu.
This golden period was an important phase to him as he found more time to write. Subsequently he became a regular contributor to Tamil periodicals. Novels were published in Malai Mathi and Thinamani Kadir monthly.
