St. John's International Residential School is at Nazarathpet Post (Near Poonamallee), Chennai help students realize and appreciate the cultural heritage of their own country.

St. John's International Residential School is promoted and managed by the Saint Johns Educational Trust, founded in 1968.

Saint John's Educational Trust is funding and running Seven educational institutions of which three are affiliated to Central Board of Secondary Education, New Delhi and four is affiliated to State Education Department, Government of Tamil Nadu.

The Academic Session is from June to May. The Academic Year (session) comprises of two semesters, each ending with an examination. The school goes by the recommended curriculum of NCERT in accordance with the norms of CBSE from stds IV to XII.
