Tanisha Mukherjee known as Tanisha, is a Hindi actress.

Tanisha started her career as a VJ in 1995 for Channel V. She used to anchor the famous show called BPL Oye. Tanisha's first hit film was Ram Gopal Varma's Sarkar, which starred Amitabh Bachchan and his son Abhishek Bachchan.

Tanisha is an Indian actress of Bengali–Marathi descent.

Tanisha comes from a prominent industry family, which has been working in Bollywood since the 1940s.

She dated actor Uday Chopra, whom she had met in the sets of Neal N Nikki, but they broke up in 2007.
