Dakshina chitra

DakshinaChitra is a Heritage Centre located on east coast road in Muttukadu on the way to Mahabalipuram.

DakshinaChitra is a center for the living traditions of art, folk performing arts, craft and architecture of India with an emphasis on the traditions of South India.

Dakshinachitra is about 30 km from Chennai. This is a great folk museum depicting the culture of Tamilnadu, Kerala, Andhra Pradesh and Karnataka.
