Kedi Billa Killadi Ranga is a forthcoming Tamil release written and directed by Pandiraja. KBKR is a romantic comedy film with Siva Karthikeyan and Vimal as the protagonists. Bindu Madhavi and Regina Cassandra are the female leads.

Pandiraj and P. Madan produces the film under the banners Pasanga Productions & Escape Artists Motion Pictures. The distribution rights have been taken up by K.E Gnanavel Raja's Studio Green.

Vijay handles camera and editing is carried out by Athiyappan Siva. Yuvan Shankar Raja composed music for the lines of Na. Muthukumar and Yugabharathi. Actor Silambarasan has sung a song with Yuvan in this film.

Suri, Manoj Kumar, Sujatha and others are also in the cast. Kedi Billa Killadi Ranga was shot in locations in Trichy like Ponmalai, Subramaniyapuram, Lakshmi Nivas Hotel, Jamal Mohamed College, Places near Rathna Stores Firm, Kattur, Jai Nagar, Malaikovil and Thiruverumbur.
