Jayam Ravi already has two films in his credit for release - Ameer's Aadhi Bhagavan and SP Jananathan's Boologam. Jayam Ravi's two characters in the film are said to be very different.

Nimirnthu Nil will start shooting in August and it will be made in Telugu also with Nani in the lead.
