Srikanth's upcoming movie 'Om Shanthi Om' with the same title as Sharukh Khan’s block buster 2007 Bollywood movie Om Shanthi Om. But the film is not a remake of the Bollywood movie. Surya Prabhakar, a former associate of director Rajesh directs this film.

Telugu actress Neelam is the female lead in this film. The movie will be a full length comedy entertainer and is sure to attract family audience.

Om Shanthi Om has its shooting locations in Trichy, Tanjore and Chennai. Vijay Ebenezer composes music for the lyrics of Na. Muthukumar. P. Arumai Chandran produces this film under the banner of 8 Point Entertainment.

K.M. Bhaskaran is the cinematographer, with the editing done by Vivek Harshan. Sankar Kumar has written the dialogues.
