US Secretary of State Condoleezza Rice completed her India visit without signing the Indo-US Nuclear Deal. After reaching New Delhi today she met External Affairs Minister Pranab Mukherjee and discussed about Nuclear Deal.

After the meeting Condoleezza Rices aid US President George W Bush will sign the deal soon. It is getting delayed only because of administrative reasons. She said it is only matter of time to sign the deal.
