Tamilnadu Chief Minister M. Karunanidhi is admitted to a hospital in Chennai after he complained of back pain. He is admitted to Ramachandra Medical College hospital in Chennai in the wee hours today.

Karunanidhi is advised to take complete rest for a week and all his engagements during this period were postponed, an official press release said. Karunanidhi had been suffering from back ache due to stiffened muscles.
