Tata’s small car factory which is closed in Singur following agitation by Mamata Banerji’s Trinamool Congress, to be relocated to Sanand in Gujarat. The place is about 25 kms from Ahmedabad.

Today Tata group chairman Ratan Tata and Gujarat Chief Minister Narendra Modi made the official announcement in a joint press meet. It is a big success for Narendra Modi who is completing 7 years in office. Gujarat government has assured various tax benefits and ready land along with connectivity with national highway to the Tatas.
