Aattanayagan is a forthcoming Tamil movie starring Shakthi and Malayalam actress Remya Nambeesan in the main roles. The film is directed by the debutant director Krishnaraam, who was an associate of Vikraman.

Nassar, Santhanam, Meera Vasudevan, Anil Menon are in the other key roles. Aattanayagan means 'Man of the Match' in English. The film is a family drama depicting the emotional struggle between a son, who wants to go abroad for a career and his father who does not wish his son going abroad.

Shakthi plays the character Lingam while Nasser is his father. Prominent film maker R. Sundararajan is playing Shakthi’s grandfather. Remya Nambeesan is the leading lady while Meera Vasudev plays the role of her sister.

Aattanayagan is produced by Lakshmi Movie Makers and the movie has six tracks scored by Srikanth Deva. Story, Screen play and dialogue is also handled by the director himself.

The shooting of the film is completed and the audio is released. The film will reach theaters soon.
