Kites is a bilingual film which is made both in English and Hindi.

Kites tell the story of love, dance, action and persecution. This adventure film tells the happenings in the life of in a poetic way.

In this dance based romantic thriller Hrithik is a Las vegan boy who can defraud anyone. His character is like a kite which wanders here and there. Barbara who is a Mexican dancer falls in love with Hrithik.

This intercultural romance, urge them to run away secretly and it soon is followed by their persecution by the families. Flamboyant Hrithik romances also with Kangana who is a seductress.

Barbara's name is Natasha in the film; Kangana is Gina and Hrithik is Jay. Salsa dancing, car chases are all in the film. Hrithik has sung an English song for Kites which is being shot in New Mexico, Las Vegas and Los Angeles.
