Debutant director Venky comes up with Konjam Koffee Konjam Kaadhal. He has written the screenplay himself. He was an adfilm and documentary film maker earlier and was the Head of Vijay TV.

Konjam Koffee Konjam Kaadhal introduces 23 new faces, while Nasser, Revathi, and Ashok makes special appearance in this film. The leading character is played by Hridayraaj, who was introduced as a child artist in Mani Ratnam's 'Bombay'. He played the role of Arvind Swamy and Manisha Koirala's son. Aditi Chengappa play the female lead.

Phani Kalyan debuts as the music director for the lyrics of Arivumathi, Palani Bharathi and Chitra Venkey. D.S. Vasan is the cinematographer.

The film is all about the concepts of destiny, fate and time. These three things play very important roles in people's lives.
