Pizza II: Villa is an upcoming Tamil movie starring Ashok Selvan and Sanchita Shetty in the leading roles. This is a horror thriller written and directed by Deepan Chakravarthy. This is his debutant film.

C.V. Kumar produces Villa under the banner Thirukumaran Entertainment and Studio Green. Sun Pictures distributes the film. Deepak Kumar Padhy cranks camera, editing is by Leo John Paul. Santhosh Narayanan is the music composer.

Pizza II: Villa is a sequel to the hit movie Pizza and is shot entirely in Puducherry. The story starts from a particular point in Pizza. S.J Surya and Nassar are also in the cast. Ashok Selvan plays a 30 year old writer and Sancita plays a Christian girl in Pizza II : Villa.

The audio launch of Pizza II : Villa was done recently and the movie will hit screens in October, 2013.
