Bharath - Perarasu team will return with the new film Thiruthani. Sunaina will star opposite to Bharath in this movie. Story, Screenplay, Direction, Lyrics and Music are handled by Perarasu himself.

This is Perarasu's new avatar as Music Composer too. Rajkiran, Pandiarajan, Ashish Vidyarthi, M. S. Baskar, Ganja Karuppu, Yuvarani, Soori and Chitti Babu are the others in the leading cast.

Thee Pori Nithya will choreograph the stunt scenes of Thiruthani, while K. Bala will handle the camera.

Thiruthani is shot in many locations in Tamilnadu like Chennai, Thiruthani, Karaikudi, Pondicherry and surrounding areas. Some of the songs are shot at foreign locations as well.

Thiruthani's story is also about the societal problems and how the protagonist deals with them. The film is about a selfish and self centered youth.

Thiruthani is expected to be released in 2010.
