Palace Homes is a proprietary concern founded by Mr S. Kumaar, an MBA from IIM Ahmedabad, with over 25 years of senior corporate experience in India and abroad.
Palace Homes was started on 23rd June 2005. In India, he was associated with SPIC Ltd., MAC Industries Ltd and Karvy Consultants Ltd in various senior positions between 1981and 2001.
As Group General Manager of Fawaz Al Zayani which has operations in Bahrain/UAE/Saudi Arabia & Kuwait, he has supervised several large construction projects both residential and commercial in the Middle East during 2001-2005.
He has also been closely associated with the real estate sector in Chennai for the last about 20 years as an investor and marketer with special reference to Adayar and areas south of Adayar.
