Kovalam or Covelong Beach is a peaceful and exciting beach on the ECR road enroute Mahabalipuram. Kovalam village is renowned for its fishing activities. This is a breathtakingly beautiful beach.

Kovalam beach has become a favorite sought after destination for tourists. It is just wonderful to be in the clean sea water that washes ashore through the huge rocks in the beach.

We had the trip during evening and could see the sunset and moon rising from the sea. It was a marvellous experience.
