Mahishasuramardini mandapa has the goddess Durga in bas relief, slaying a buffalo-headed demon. This is a fantastic mandapa depicting Pallava architecture. Lord Vishnu on the huge snake Anantha along with Goddess Lakshmi is also portrayed inside this Mandapam.
